Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order on jeetkhagram.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
⚠️ All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds on any orders once placed and confirmed.
1. Why We Do Not Accept Returns
Every product sold on jeetkhagram.com — including prints, photo frames, and wall art — is custom made-to-order. Each item is individually produced after your order is placed, printed specifically for you, and cannot be resold. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are explicitly not covered by any return or refund:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect size, frame style, or product chosen by the customer at checkout
- Colour or tone variation between screen display and final print output — this is a natural characteristic of the printing process and does not constitute a defect
- Delivery delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, or events beyond our control
- Orders undelivered or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Orders refused by customs or held for inspection in the destination country
- Digital products, image licences, or photography/videography service bookings once confirmed
3. Damaged or Defective Items — Only Exception
✅ The only exception to our no-return policy is if your order arrives visibly damaged due to transit mishandling or a manufacturing defect.
If your item arrives damaged, you must:
- Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at info@jeetkhagram.com with your order number
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in
Upon review, we may at our sole discretion offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
- A store credit for the value of the damaged item
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered. Replacements are not guaranteed and are subject to our assessment of the submitted evidence.
4. Return Shipping for Damaged Items
In the rare event we request the damaged item to be returned to us for assessment:

We will provide return instructions and, where possible, a prepaid return label or reimbursement upon confirmed acceptance of your claim.
5. Order Cancellations
Because production begins within 1–2 working days of order confirmation, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet commenced.
To request a cancellation, email info@jeetkhagram.com immediately with your order number. Cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to production status at the time of your request.
If your cancellation is accepted before production begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Photography & Videography Services
Bookings for photography, videography, drone, or any other service offered by Jeet Khagram are subject to a separate agreement provided at the time of booking. The following general terms apply:
- Booking fees and advance deposits are non-refundable once paid
- Cancellations by the client within 7 days of the shoot date will forfeit the full advance amount
- Cancellations by the client more than 7 days before the shoot date may receive a partial credit at our discretion
- In the unlikely event of cancellation by Jeet Khagram Photography, a full refund of any advance paid will be issued
7. Digital Products & Image Licences
All digital product purchases and image licence agreements are final and non-refundable once the digital file has been delivered or the licence has been granted. Please review all licence terms carefully before purchase. For licensing queries, visit our Image Licence Usage page.
