Shipping Policy

All prints and frames sold on jeetkhagram.com are custom made-to-order. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Dispatch Time

Every order is processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India — 36 of 37 states. Standard shipping rates are weight-based as follows:

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the UAE, UK, USA, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and other countries worldwide. All international orders ship from Mumbai, India.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking update within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@jeetkhagram.com.

Heavy Frames — Quote on Request

For heavy frames weighing more than 3 kg, shipping costs are calculated individually based on exact dimensions, weight, and destination. Please contact us before placing your order and we will provide a personalised shipping quote within 24–48 hours.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and email us at info@jeetkhagram.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy. For lost shipments, please allow up to 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery date before raising a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. Jeet Khagram Photography is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
