2. Image Licence — Quote on Request
Image licences are not available at a fixed price and are not purchasable directly through the website. Licence pricing is determined individually based on:
- Intended use (commercial, editorial, personal, advertising)
- Distribution channels and territory
- Duration of use
- Exclusivity requirements

Only Accepted Cancellation — Damaged or Torn Item
To raise a cancellation request for a damaged or torn item, you must follow all steps below within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery:

6. Return Shipment — Buyer's Responsibility
If your cancellation request is approved and you are required to return the item:
- All return shipping costs — domestic and international — are the sole responsibility of the buyer
- The item must be securely packaged to prevent further damage in transit
- We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team upon approval
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be eligible for any resolution
7. Resolution After Approved Cancellation
Once an approved returned item is received and inspected, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
- A store credit equal to the value of the item
Cash refunds are not offered. Resolution will be communicated within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
