Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the purchase options available on jeetkhagram.com and the conditions under which a cancellation may be requested. Please read this carefully before placing an order.

1. Purchase Options Available

2. Image Licence — Quote on Request

Image licences are not available at a fixed price and are not purchasable directly through the website. Licence pricing is determined individually based on:

  • Intended use (commercial, editorial, personal, advertising)
  • Distribution channels and territory
  • Duration of use
  • Exclusivity requirements

Licence agreements are binding upon payment confirmation. Once a licence has been issued and the digital file delivered, no cancellation or refund is applicable.

3. Pre-Orders

❌ We do not accept pre-orders. All orders must be for products currently available on the website. Any order placed for an unavailable product will be cancelled and fully refunded.

4. Cancellation Policy

❌ We do not accept cancellations on standard orders. All sales are final once an order is placed and confirmed, as every product is custom made-to-order.

Only Accepted Cancellation — Damaged or Torn Item

✅ A cancellation request will only be considered if the item received is visibly damaged or torn. This is subject to review and approval by our support team.

To raise a cancellation request for a damaged or torn item, you must follow all steps below within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery:

Email our support team at info@jeetkhagram.com with subject line: "Cancellation Request – Order #[your order number]"

Include your full name, order number, and date of delivery

Attach clear photographs of the damaged or torn item and the original packaging

Wait for approval confirmation from our team — do not ship the item back until approved

Once approved, ship the item back as instructed. Return shipment cost is borne by the buyer.
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances. Approval is not guaranteed and is entirely at the discretion of Jeet Khagram Photography based on the evidence submitted.

5. Cancellation Fee

✅ There is no cancellation fee. However, the buyer is responsible for all return shipment costs if a cancellation is approved and the item is required to be sent back.

6. Return Shipment — Buyer's Responsibility

If your cancellation request is approved and you are required to return the item:

  • All return shipping costs — domestic and international — are the sole responsibility of the buyer
  • The item must be securely packaged to prevent further damage in transit
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
  • Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team upon approval
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be eligible for any resolution

7. Resolution After Approved Cancellation

Once an approved returned item is received and inspected, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
  • A store credit equal to the value of the item

Cash refunds are not offered. Resolution will be communicated within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
