2. No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Because every product on jeetkhagram.com is custom made-to-order — printed and framed specifically for each customer — we are unable to accept returns or process refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after placing the order
• Incorrect size, frame style, or product selected by the customer
• Delay in delivery due to courier, customs, or external factors
• Customer providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Colour variations due to differences between screen display and print output

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• International customers are responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by their bank or payment provider.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• All prints and frames are produced specifically for each individual order and cannot be resold.
• Production begins within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Slight colour variations may occur between the digital image displayed on screen and the final printed product, due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes. This does not constitute a defect.
• Frame availability is subject to stock. In the rare event a selected frame style is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days of order confirmation.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon dispatch from our facility in Mumbai.
• For heavy frames above 3kg, international shipping costs are provided on request prior to order placement.

6. International Orders

• We ship internationally to the UAE, UK, USA, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and other countries worldwide.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• We are not responsible for packages held or seized by customs authorities.
• International transit times of 15–20 business days are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property & Image Licensing

• All photographs, images, and creative content on jeetkhagram.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Jeet Khagram.
• Purchasing a print or frame grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the image in a private setting only.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or use any image for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Jeet Khagram.
• Unauthorised use of images will be pursued under applicable copyright law.
